Our Policies

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
At Dirty Blonde Salon, we understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

If an appointment is re-scheduled 3 individual times within the 24 hour window you may be required to leave a credit card on file to secure your next appointment. Further cancellations within the 24 hour window will then be charged a $50 fee.
No-Show
In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be asked to leave a credit card on file for further appointment scheduling. A $50 no-show fee will be charged on future no-show appointments.

Return Policy
We are happy to return any lightly used retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in-Salon credit will be issued.
​
We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the first three days of the initial service.
